Thank you for referring friends, family, and neighbors to SlabX Kitchens & Countertops. Please review the following terms before participating in our referral reward program.
Eligibility
The referral reward program is open to past and current SlabX Kitchens customers who have completed an installation with us.
The person being referred ("the new customer") must not have an existing quote, contract, or prior relationship with SlabX Kitchens at the time of referral.
The new customer must mention the referring customer's name at the time of booking for the referral to be tracked and honored.
How It Works
Refer a friend, neighbor, or family member to SlabX Kitchens.
The new customer mentions your name when booking their installation.
Once the new customer's installation is fully completed and paid in full, the referring customer receives a cash reward via e-transfer.
Reward Amounts
Project Type Reward
Reward amounts are based on the new customer's completed project type and are subject to change at SlabX Kitchens' discretion. The reward schedule in effect at the time of the new customer's installation will apply.
Redemption
Rewards are issued via e-transfer to the referring customer, sent to the email address on file.
Rewards are issued only after the new customer's installation has been fully completed and final payment has been received by SlabX Kitchens.
Please allow up to [Insert Number] business days for reward processing after project completion.
Validity
Referral cards and authorizations are valid for five (5) years from the date of authorization, as noted on the physical referral card.
Referrals must be authorized by SlabX Kitchens staff to be eligible for reward payout.
Additional Terms
There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer may submit.
Referral rewards cannot be combined with other active promotions unless otherwise stated.
SlabX Kitchens reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this referral program, including reward amounts, at any time without prior notice.
SlabX Kitchens reserves the right to deny a referral reward in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or ineligible referrals.
